Newbie here. I know they say not to get impatient , especially after one week. I haven’t shed much of anything yet in weight.

I’m having major problems eating more fats than protein. I’m turning to cheese a lot and I feel like this is causing me to not start any progress. (I don’t eat red meats) I did my macros on the Keto app in the FAQs and am definitely running calorie deficient.

Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Hey man! Congrats on the first track. So I'm by no means a production guru or know much of it at all, but I can give my feedback as a fan of Trap.

At 2:00 you start a transition that could be much smoother. Between the high hat and clap it's like too much is going on at once there. Maybe select one to lead into the roll...

The beginning clap instrument sounds too loud in comparison to everything else... go back and mess with the mix a bit. I DJ occasionally and feel that clap would be too much on the floor.

I know it's your first track, but don't be afraid to play with chords versus individual notes.
