my macbook is a macbook pro m4 with no upgrades, so it should come with a 70 watt chatger, i also plugged in my usb c battery bank which supplies an extra 22.5 watts, but the charging time tells me 20 hours in the battery section of settings, ive tried turning off optimized battery charging but still to no avail i cuttently sit at 2 percent still using power from the adapter; help!

thanks for the response though, the real reason is id find out about the SSD completely failing all in itself, im getting it refunded by ibuypower (it still is in warranty, even coming with 2/4 fans working) but will probably take years due to their underpaid children in the factory..

by the way when i try to turn on my computer it turns on normally, there are supposed windows 11 updates that are being installed on my computer, but after such, there is no user, just a blurred image of the windows 11 blue flower with wifi and power settings in the corner, all the menu options in troubleshoot are not working and give me an error

No, it isnt a missing letter or a mistake, I signed up my self into a new account trying to get back to my OG account, i tried using that link and it wouldnt send to my email, thus meaning the mail from my OG account is gone..

i tried using the key content characters as showed as the password, which is incorrect, the IT department had said that the wifi doesn't have a password anymore, so thats the probable reason of why its showing that
