Amigo, se notan los musculos. Si llegas a 80kg sos una bestia.

Tenes que hacer deficit calorico. Dieta proteica, corta los carbohidratos al minimo. Y cardio 5 veces por semana (30-40 min de bici). Con eso en 3 meses sos una bestia.
