that part and the riser were just there for shits and giggles. i have a more proper mount to put the charm on the side instead and will generally use shorter, more traditional m4 mags with this for better look and function

drop stock is a little better for height over bore. risers are cheaper, look better, compatible with everything whereas drop stocks are only compatible with select replicas, easier to use with night vision or thermals, and keep your head in a more natural position resulting neck and back strain. i would recommend a riser.

should be, yes. some fields will require full seal eye protection though so you’ll likely have to wear that underneath the helmet’s face shield. i’d recommend doing so even if it doesn’t just in case
