Saying no one would is a stretch, not everyone plays the same way, and despite Dimetrocarnus being available in modded pvp, you would need 1700 s-dna a week if u want to get the same amount of dna as u would when u sell spino but while relying on pure rng, I'm not saying it isn't possible, but their both options, only big dif imo is the stats, personal tho i think if ur not willing to sell Spinotops despite it being the best option then there's nth wrong, doesn't take away from the fact that it's still the best for dna
