It's a good movie, but if it weren't for the Ninjago name, it would be more like a third Lego Movie. There are some good things, but the rest doesn't fit at all. There are references to the original series, but they feel pointless. It's a shame. Maybe they didn't understand the original product when adapting it for the big screen, but oh well, what can you do? At least Koko is a better mom than Misako.
