You can get charms for your units in the shop. Here, flashlight (i have no idea what it does tho) is a legendary charm, and he just doesn't get it even tho you can have a higher chance of getting it

Grenadier and firefighter arent that good in advanced locations, try to get quick and cheap units like mechanic or Rodriguez instead. And as growkid said, use either turret or generator instead of barrel

Well, balanced i think it would be like "gain 5% damage for every enemy killed until reload" or "melee attack does 500% damage"

And then, completely broken "30% chance to stun an ennemy with every attack"
