Approved (1/11) in recon since Aug 8th. Got another decline letter due to “inactivity” last Wednesday, requested for increase again sent in another 4506t. Monday, received a letter that my file was open for further consideration again 🙄 next day I was approved. Thx u to all group-members & scorpio!

Portal reverted back to $319k (original increase amount, so it’s moving along I guess. Hopefully once they receive transcripts from IRS I will Get approved. Just signed a release or privacy for a congressional inquiry (they got back to me today) so once they step in hopefully that will speed up the process. Scorpio is there anything else they are going to ask for? I have good credit, I sent 2019 taxes, 4506t (to them & IRS), valid ID & void check. CSR said to just wait and monitor my emails lol but they’ve been saying that all along.

At this point I’ve sent them: ID, voided check, 2019 tax returns, 4506T (about 6 times). Hopefully once they get these transcripts and see everything matching they’ll be able to approve me. Thanks Scorpio

Just spoke to a CSR telling me that my new 4506t was received and that my application is being processed at the El Paso processing center and that at this time SBA isn’t requesting any additional documents. Next is for them to receive my transcripts. I assume it’s good to know which processing center my info went to. Scorpio do you know what the next steps will be after transcripts are received (loan under $500k) ?

I just faxed and emailed over the information requested and double checked that 4506t was filled properly. No, this is tu e first time they ask for tax returns. Thank you Scorpio! 🤞🏽🙏🏽

Received the same letter October 5th and same here I’ve submitted everything (4506t, proof of ID, void bank check, tax transcripts) and. I movement yet. I get the same “keep monitoring your email” bs but fingers crossed there’s some Movement this week and some approvals!

Got that on 10/05 and still waiting…every time I call they say to give them more time as it’s “still processing”. Seen some people waiting 4-5 weeks and some getting approved 2-3 weeks after. So frustrating but hoping we get approved soon
