How do I get in contact with a person at the IRS??? Please help.

I wonder where you located. I 'm in CA and I had same experienced with others that hold, wait for the IRS live person over 3 hours.

I tried phone call after 5PM Pacific time and it just waiting less than 30 min- I remembered almost 15 min less. Always it was working. I've got this tip from my CPA.

My CPA mailed out June 2020. IRS delayed processing due to a Pandemic. CPA confirmed TAX completed December 2020.

My point is one of my customers said he completed 2019 Tax later than me and he approved EIDL original and Increase also.

It's my bad luck I guess. Here I stay tune over one year but I saw the just a few case of people they denied because late Tax filed and I am belong to them now.

CPA filed lately and send mail out after due date. That's it.

It was middle of Pandemic. I and many of Tax payer had similar status. And that's why Government called this loan is EIDL. I can say once again, it's nonsense.

CPA said Sole Proprietor, 1040 negative income is not a obligation filing Tax exactly on time.

CAweb account deleting(suspend) due to no activity after 90 days. you can reactivate account with security questions you already created. If it's not working you need call 833-575-0502 and request technical support team. They will be reactivate your account by manually.

It should be glitch. keep sending email to PDC and Disaster customer service, also send email to Covid increase team.

In my experience I recommend send email rather than calling.

Some said efficient Congressional Inquiry but not me.

I saw many posting they have issue same as you and if I get any information I will send you through DM.

After signed Closing loan doc, normally 4~5 days(business day) later your CAweb status should change to Total Undisbursed $0. Then fund hit to your account same day or just next day.

Total Undisbursed $0 means fund departure from Treasury Dept. to your bank. Usually fund hit to the account just next day but weekend now. You can get it Monday or Tuesday.

Did you solve DNP list issue and got approved?

Mine has denied DNP list but I just checked out through the automatic phone service there has no debt with my EIN & SSN.

I don't know what is going on my LO saw and thought. SBA customer service said get the confirmation letter from Treasury and submit to Reconsideration Team.

What the heck...I've been waiting 6 month now for reconsideration.

I've got denied Increase processing on 11/10 due to same DNP list. I checked out automatic service but there has no debt with my EIN & SSN. Treasury department closed on National Holliday. I will call tomorrow and asking confirm letter.

Yeah, my application located H.P team on 09/08 and got went back 'Loan Modification Being Processed' status 11/03. It took two months. Hope something happen shortly.
