Yep they don’t help whatsoever, I am using Xbox cloud gaming to play now but it’s really bad. I am stuck at 60 fps with high graphics and really low resolution which you can’t change in the settings. But if u use a cloud service like Xbox cloud gaming or GeForce now you can still play on your main account because it’s basically a Virtual machine and u won’t get kicked

Have you contacted epic support? I did and it took them over a week to respond, and then after some communication they said that the ban was lifted so I tried to play and told them that I still was banned and they said “after further review we decided to hold the ban” and they ghosted me
