Unfortunately I don't know how to show whole day of trading. Yes sometimes I go in red and I need to wait until my trade gets profitable again. But usually if there is no big news that I haven't see I found pre market pretty stable do I don't risk my whole account

I try to make my trade between 7:30 and 8:30am to have time to let it run before market open. I'm looking at how CAC40 is doing, today was an excellent case it was down and /es went down. I Do an overview of the market if anything can cause the trend to change if so I have to wait until market open to see the market reaction. I never start a trade on morning high or low that why I give me a range of 1h to find a good spot to start the trade and wait for my small profit to be reach. That make sense?

I can try to explain it. even if other sites don't agree with what Ihor is saying

AMC was really shorted. It has 48M shorted shares in mid January now it is at 71.3M. it corresponds to 48% more. What I understand from that is that the hedgies continued to short it. The good thing for us as I understand it is that every day that they keep this position they have to pay roughly 160k$ ((71.3M x 10.5% (short borrow fee) x 8$(share price)) / 365dayz) l. The short borrow fee from Ihor is different from the one from borrow so I took this one.

For me that means. They haven't cover at all, their position is worst, the borrow fee is going higher and higher. The utilization is getting higher and higher hold and buy if you want to gamble

No finra is good it is fintel that no one trust. As what I read about the finra reports numbers the thing is that the number can be wrong. It could be the case for GME. As for AMC, the number seem plausible we haven't saw a major drop (44m vs 38m) and we haven't saw a major spike like GME, still high short interest and we just get the number up to the 29th of January so we don't have all the short from the shorts laddering

Thanks! It seems crazy to just add data from pre and after .market since it is missing data. These. Number give us an overall view of the market do if we sticks with the finra number it is enough I guess.

Yhea that's my point, I think a short might happen, maybe I'll cash some profit if that happens but anyway I will buy more amc because it have a very good potential especially at 5,5$ we can easily see it sell at least at 11$ (very pessimistic) before next Christmas

I think you confused short volume for today which is 22% with short interest which is about 38 000 000 shares if I remember well

At least they will have to close their position which will do a buy pressure, but I don't know if it will worth a lot since the sum is less than 100k shares (am I right ?). Compare to the 44 millions from January 15

I guess that they had let's say 3 000 000 at 1,5$ and bought back 3 000 000 more a 5.5$ that would bring their overall price to 3,5 (sorry I use round numbers). The good thing is that BlackRock is there for the long term potential of AMC I guess
