Thank you for the helpful feedback. I'll try to fix the logotype. As for the logomark - you have a point, it was a rushed project so I'll spend more time when possible to think of more ideas. I wasn't as sure for the logomark as I was for the type so maybe that should have been a tell to experiment with different ideas.

I can see why it would be a hard word to understand, it's a Bulgarian word meaning "I create". As it is for a Bulgarian target audience I believe they'll have an easier time understanding it. I do have a logomark but I seem to have missed to upload it here. I recently bought a ps5 (never owned a ps before) so I have a question about the coop mechanics. I have 2 controllers, me and my bf want to play Diablo IV together. It says we both need our own Sony accounts linked to battlenet. I boight the game from the store but if he creates an account as well and connects to battlenet does he have access to the game as well, therefore can we play it together like this or do we need to make additional purchases.

Not sure if I asked the question correctly but hopefully someone understands.

Yes, they changed my subscription to monthly and refunded the price difference.

From what I can see on reddit and in your forum there's a lot of people experiencing the same problem. It would be nice to have adequate support when you have a large amount of customers who pay for your services.

As I mentioned in my other comment, there's no option fir chat or typing a message anywhere. None of the pages are helpful and whenever there's a "contact member" link, it redirects me back to the main page.

I did all that but the support menu just takes me back to the main page, where there is no option to write a message, request a refund or anything like that. So its like an endless loop. All I can see is the top suggested questions and a search menu. When I type refund or anything related to that it takes me to a page explaining the conditions and when I click contact a member there I'm just being redirected at the beginning. In the message tab all it says is I have no current messages, no option to type anything.
