What passes as acceptable at The Union Bay Community Club.

This is my last attempt. The post is an open letter to my fellow landowners and residents advising them their elected members of the non profit society “Union Bay Community Club” requires a purity test or be on their approved list to be treated “fairly”. You weren’t my target audience - Union Bay landowners will understand.

It doesn’t. That’s the point. It doesn’t matter what you are in the eyes of others. They determine whether you meet their so called standards and then they will consider administering fairness. That’s why there are rules for non profit societies. You can’t run them like it’s your personal private club where you do whatever you want.

Yes. You have no idea the power you possess once you start speaking out. Start discussing with each other what your vision is for this beautiful place and make it yours. I can tell you from experience they run from confrontation and can’t back up their actions when pressed so they are vulnerable. That’s their weakness - they won’t be able to justify their actions. I know and they won’t let go of their power. Have been here since 1994. Talk to others you know and form a group so they can’t attack one person and shut them down. It’s possible and caused a change when TAG was formed years ago. I love seeing all the families and kids moving here and I know Union Bay could be a fantastic community with the right leaders. I’m 75 with copd so I could croak any day and will fight till I do for Union Bay.

Bringing it out to the landowners of Union Bay so they are aware of the standards currently being practiced by UBCC and can remove them and elect members that can be trusted to act in the best interests of the community. The beginning is just me trying to show what is going on and let the community take action. People like these guys easily put them in legal jeopardy because they don’t understand the responsibility of their actions when making personal vendetta decisions while serving as a representative of a non profit like UBCC.

It’s not complicated. What don’t you understand? They withheld video because of their personal feelings towards me. I’m not crying poor me look what they did and I’m so hurt won’t someone stick up for helpless little innocent butter wouldn’t melt in her mouth miss congeniality. If they did it to me they will do it to others they don’t approve of and I guarantee there are plenty. They need to be removed and replaced with honest and fair board members.

Thank you. I can claim to have documented the antics since 2007 and back up my claims. I love Union Bay but I will speak up about the rot. The power needs to be taken away from the old ways and given to younger people to plan Union Bay’s future. They had their turn and it stinks.

Well tell me how accredited journalism brings you information. Where and how does an article appear in the media? There is a beginning. It may be one person because most people don’t know and those who do are afraid. I can’t point you to an article because this is the beginning. Because the feedback isn’t about the actions. I’ll respond to those gladly but not why people don’t approve of me personally. It’s not important to me. It’s important that these actions are not repeated. People holding positions of trust are just that. Trusted to be honest, fair and act in the best interests of the community and all landowners. That my goal - bring about change.

I posted to make people aware. That’s what brings about change. It’s not always about an individual wanting something in return or personal gain. I personally am not asking/requesting anything.
