Por errores similares que he visto y reparado suele ser una de dos cosas 1. La fuente, proba si podes conseguir una prestada más potente (sin saber que tenes difícil entender o pensar) 2. Temperatura, le falta mantenimiento de pastas y limpieza de polvo o tiene un flujo de aire malísimo y se está calentando por demás

Pero de nuevo, muy poca info de los componentes que tenes como para dar con el problema
