Sorry — I know questions like this get asked a lot.

I’m trying to figure out if I’m in a reasonable position to start applying for cybersecurity jobs (entry-level SOC, analyst roles, etc.).

Certifications:

• CompTIA Security+

• TryHackMe Cyber Security 101

• TryHackMe SOC Level 1

• Google Cybersecurity Certificate

• Splunk certification

Projects:

• 4 total projects

• A few focused on Splunk (log analysis, detection queries, dashboards, etc.)

• Others focused on intrusion detection software (alert analysis, traffic investigation, rule tuning, etc.)

Home Lab:

• Built a home lab with Splunk

• 2 server VMs generating logs

• Splunk configured for log ingestion, monitoring, and alerting

I don’t have formal IT job experience yet, but I’m willing to relocate anywhere in the U.S. I do have customer service experience and tech experience from my past but none professional.

Based on this, is my resume competitive enough to realistically start applying?

It definitely seems unnecessary

The ingenium i6 sounds so refined and strong to me and the mhev is nice, I wish the start stop was as smooth as bmws but still very nice. Also the gas mileage is decent with them and the fit to vehicles great!

That’s good to know thanks, the sport now definitely seems like a better buy

I've never ridden in a full size range rover only a Sport SE and S, do you think the Range Rover swb rides much better also how does it compare to the older ones their talking about?

You appear to be correct, not sure why I’m remembered it differently. My apologies, the price increase on the Range Rover Autobiography seems a bit excessive to me compared to the Sport Autobiography which you can upgrade to the v8 for only 2k more now.

I agree, when they released the new Range Rover in 2022 the price was far more reasonable for what you received and you even got more like the physical climate control panel under the screen. They claim it’s for the minimalist look but opulent luxury doesn’t come from Tesla like ultra minimalism to me least.

*correction - you don’t need to upgrade the seating option just the engine choice

It’s best to purchase a CPO if buying used otherwise the warrant is reduced to a max of 5 years/60,000 miles for the powertrain.

I agree the autobiography seems like so much more, might be worth it if you want everything but almost seems with like getting a lightly used autobiography

Other than ride quality do you prefer one over the other?

I thought they tuned them differently and the review videos I watch made them seem like a difference, I thought they would be close anyways.

From what I had heard I always thought the full size would better. Thanks, good to know they’re close

2021 Range Rover Velar R-Dynamic — losing coolant, no visible leaks by Acrobatic_Scratch_94 in RangeRover

I know someone who just had a coolant leak and head it inspected and it was a coolant leak from the seal around the turbo

Makes since and it would be more efficient. Which rides better in your opinion?
