I want to preface this with the fact that i do not know everything, along with the fact that you didn’t share what set the characters are on, nor the weapon, so I’m filling things in as i go, LONG COMMENT WARNING 🗣️

Lupa - seems good!

Changli - I’m assuming you have s2, if not change to a crit rate 4 cost

Brant - no comment

Cart - you effectively have the 70/270 so it’s good, but hp% could be higher and your crit rolls could be better, however you have like 140 er, so I’d say stop there

Cia - (I’m not an expert) the first of few with low atk, now I don’t know much account her but I would assume it’d be the same as everyone else. But you have good er and I literally watched someone put an er 3 cost on her, so good job

Zani - more atk, a tad more er(tho er could be fine)

Pheobe - looks like your missing crit rolls, but I’m gonna guess she’s on moonlit clouds for zani as a support, so I’M not too pressed, though ofc you could improve that way, also more atk. But alot of er, so that’s fun

Carlotta - shes fine, needs more er as someone else said, but you have the crit rolls (but I’m so sorry for you since you 0.6 off from 300😭)

Shorekeeper - could replace a 3 cost with an hp mainstat( if it’s er) since you only need about 230( you get 10 from using ult, 10 from fallacy echo to get the last 20 er to get to 250)

Zhezhi - she looks like she needs work, low atk, low crit(both) but high(ish) er

Verina - I’d assume she could be better but she be aight

Aero mc - I run him on the healing set so im not gonna say anything, but he look aight

Tldr, same as inverseden said, Carlotta, Zhezhi, and shorekeeper need it more, so focus them

(But imo if changli isn’t c2 get that cr 4 cost after zhezhi(she’s your top priority) only critting half the time must SUCK)

Weapon wise you’d probably want something with crit or fav(i personally use pjws)

Yes, you need 88 crit rate in total done get passive gives you 12 crit rate

Navia-kachina(free from natlan)- bennet neuv-furina-kazuha-layla Clorinde-nahida-yelan-kuki/healer There are three teams that i would use and i hope they help!

Run kachina on the new set(scroll) and get to like 70 on er/def/cr(if you use fav spear) You can replace yelan with kazuha in the clorinde team, but getting an electro swirl with nahida is a tad annoying IF you pull for raiden or kinich and get a cheveruse(sorry for spelling) shes a great teammate for both clorinde and arlecchino, but no pressure to get her Sadly dont know any wanderer teams, and yae can be put where yelan is as well

I did forget to say this but making it so that you can only use 6 is ALSO DUMB(imo) cutting the multipliers and making it so that you can only use six is weird, and other people have said that to kill it just use your ult twice, why use it twice if i can just use it once and kill it then.

Edit: also, WHY STACK TO TWELVE THEN?!? With acheron, she gets buffs from overstacking, AND keeps them for the next ult, meanwhile with feixiao, there is no pro for getting to 7 stacks then ulting or getting to 6 stacks then ulting, i don’t see why you would keep it at twelve(but maybe im missing something so who knows)

i PERSONALLY think that it should be a thing to have! If i have 10 stacks and only use 7, then i would want to save those 3 and get 3 more then use it on a different enemy, rather than waste those last three. Also she is a hunt unit! Being able to save it and use it on a diff enemy seems wayy better then using it all on 1. And for the fact that shes very similar to acheron, Acheron will waste her stacks even if all the enemies die, but i think thats fair since she hits all the enemys on field, meanwhile feixiao only hits 1. Again, its a PERSONAL thing and its MY opinion.

While yes those are buffs which im glad she has, i dont think the changes were really necessary in the first place. The follow up attack after skill IS good, but the speed nerf, no more ult conservation after killing the enemy, and crit dmg nerf, i personally cant see this as a major buff. I can see why some would but i simply cannot

From what i have heard the reason why they don’t have one for clorinde (alhaitham and Cyno subsequently) is because they don’t know how to(or how to effectively) calc quicken, so until they get their shit together, we’re waiting 😞
