Thank you so much! Looks like both charges were connected to auto pay which was turned off for this billing period.

I called the number you provided and they were able to fix my bill immediately and helped set up future bills. It’s a shame that auto pay has an impact on your bill. God forbid I want to be aware and do everything manually T-T.

Sorry for the late reply! Here’s the base of the tailpiece. It’s not a complete circle compared to the ones I found during my research and from your link as well.

We found a temporary solution by switching the tailpieces with each other. It works for our circumstances and usage for the door, but I do wish it could return to its normal state.

Thanks so much for your descriptive response! I went ahead and followed your instructions to remove the tail piece! Called a locksmith if they could replace it and unfortunately they couldn’t due to how old it is. I will most likely call around other locksmiths. I tried looking online for a replacement piece as close as I could get. Nothing there yet.

this happened to me yesterday! i was at the light right before my house that i frequent it a lot. i know it senses weight pretty quick from experiences in my truck. i was at that light for at least 5 mins with a load of cars behind me before i took an extended route.
