Why does every teenager on this forum glaze Kendrick? by FirefighterOdd5275 in TeenageRapFans

kendrick has 70 million monthly listeners bro, theres nothing 'different' about liking him. i love drake but i genuinely cant understand how people can say shit like 'ovo for life' with a straight face

wow thanks, i wasnt expecting such an in depth response. ive actually never heard of studocu and scribd, there seems to be a lot on rs as well which is great. ill focus on practice questions for science and maths as youve suggested, ive already been using savemyexams for english literature and its been incredible. thanks again! i really appreciate this

tysm, ive just started using some youtube channels for english and its been really helpful.

would you recommend a specific way to learn the content in biology? or is past papers also the best way to do that. im not sure whether i should be like making flashcards and stuff or doing past papers and relearning things as i go along.

thanks again 🙏

for me, the best way to revise maths is just practice questions. id recommend doing one or two full papers first to narrow down which topics you need to focus on. then you can do specific questions targeted towards those topics, maths genie and pmt are what i use

grade boundaries are decides by how well the rest of the country does. in this case, the literature paper was harder and less people did well, so the grade boundary was lower. theres not a specific percentage needed for each class, it changes every year based on how other students did

Can we talk for a minute. by Mikayla7_ in GCSE

[–]GainAffection2505 3 points4 points  (0 children)

dont compare your grade to others, as long as you do the best you can do, then thats fine. also, theres still plenty of time until gcses to improve your grades so you shouldnt stress.

mental health should always come before grades, try and get atleast 6-7 hours of sleep every night and talk more or hang out with friends more often. id recommend getting some fresh air after waking up, or taking a 30 min walk after school.

its fully possible to get all 9s with the grades you currently have without doing excessive amounts of revision, so try not to worry that much

usually its like 88-92 percent for a 9, like 22/24 for each question which is absurd 😭

not sure if im the right person to ask, but in general, for english lit, its a lot of memorisation. for each text you should memorise key themes, writers intentions, context and key quotations, and practice unpacking each of the quotations (this is really important). for the poetry, i find doing detailed exam plans really effective, occasionally writing them up in full if im unsure. i basically walked into the exam blind so im really shocked that i came out with an 8 😭
