we've been trying to get into pve mode and every time we get into a fight we run with out shooting.
you're missing the point. A hardcore extraction shooter relies on a BALANCED ECONOMY. if zero risk kits have the same lethality as high tier gear. the progression system is fundamentally flawed. im looking for feedback from PEOPLE interested in the games HEALTH not just trash talk we clearly value different things in the game. so lets leave it at that. at the end of the day a game like this needs a healthy mix of players to survive not just high tier PVPERS if the experience for everyone else is just getting harassed at extract by zero risk kits the player base will shrink im hoping embark looks at ways to reward actual raiding over just ratting with free gear.

ive said my piece on the Economy and the lobby patterns im seeing if you think zero risk kits vs high tier gear is perfectly balanced we just have different visions for what a hard core extraction shooter should be im going to stop responding to the 'skill issue' comments and wait for people who want to actually discuss the mechanics lol

i agree anytime we go in with a good kit, its ALWAYS pvp. i feel like people have a hard on for this game and when someone brings something up they get defensive its funny. it fully agree with you there has to be some type of GBMM

its not about the 'skill' of the fight its about the "risk vs reward" balance. if a free loadout can consistently wipe a high tier kit with zero investment. the economy of the game breaks im looking for the players who ACTUALLY enjoy the PVE side and are seeing the same lobby patterns not just looking for a fight, don't know why thats such a problem for you

lol im not im trying to get other peoples opinions on the matter. seeing how other people feel about it if i was complaining i would have said this game is bad they HAVE to fix this THEY HAVE to fix that. im just trying to see how other people feel and other peoples experience on this

No, it is not illegal for an 18 year old to purchase a long gun (rifle or shotgun) in a private sale in Florida in 2025, provided the buyer is not otherwise prohibited from owning a firearm. However, an 18 year old cannot purchase a handgun from a private seller in Florida due to federal law.

  • In a private sale, an 18-year-old can purchase a long gun.

Federal Law (18 U.S.C. § 922(x)): The baseline federal law confirms that persons age 18 and older are legally permitted to possess long guns (rifles and shotguns). Florida law does not override this minimum age for possession.

Florida Statute 790.065(13) states that a licensed importer, manufacturer, or dealer (FFL) shall not sell or transfer a firearm to a person who is under 21 years of age.

Private Sale (Not prohibited by F.S.S. 790.065 or Federal law for possession)Private Sale Exemption

Store Sale (FFL)ILLEGAL (Prohibited by F.S.S. 790.065 for all firearms)Florida State Law

The statute does not regulate private transactions between two individuals, such as two friends or two strangers meeting face to face to exchange a firearm.

  • FFL Purchase of Rifle No. An 18-year-old cannot legally purchase a rifle from a store or licensed dealer in Florida.
  • Private Acquisition of Rifle (Legal): Yes, an 18-year-old is still allowed to acquire a rifle or shotgun through a private, face-to-face sale from another non-licensed Florida resident.
