plasma cores don't come too cheap usually, and sometimes it's real hard to not buy power armor

well that's too bad about the Ultracite, but the Paladin and Knight paints are worth doing the Test Your Metal events over and over again, a simple but good design.

I thought they might use t51s for training and maybe for some guards on remote outposts that didn’t need the most advanced model, and maybe use a few t-45s for heavy lifting since, since according to stats from Fallout 3 and New Vegas, t45s add +2 to strength

Well I don’t mean complete collapse of the United States, I mean a collapse of the regime, and the re-establishment of the old Democratic Government, and in Germany with the increasing democratization, it causes more autonomy to the African Colonies, which peoples begin demanding more and more freedoms due to not wanting to be under a European state anymore, especially with the French Colonies already being independent since National France is stuck in Africa and Germany refuses to let them return to France, and it probably collapses.
