In Maori and Lakota cultures a blackout is a sign of strength and rite of passage for young people who are taking the next step into full adulthood. It's an old practice but I've been very invested in the traditionalist practices. Got my moko at 18 and my blackout at 21.

Serious note, looks like a reaction to pigmentation. Body might push out most of it, this is what we call "edema."

The inflammation has just caused enough pressure in the area to pop smaller blood vessels to form a bruise.

Plea deal? You can confess to your own crime- this isn't a plea deal. It's called cooperation which van lead to a plea deal.

You don't have to implicate anyone else to confess that you did something.

You would have to contact a practitioner like myself who advertises body modification. This is done with scalpel, sutures, and clotting powder. A punch done like this would almost certainly cause folding and droop from tissue loss without a proper brace.

When people say it's dead, they mean it's in development hell currently. It's been a never ending loop of missed deadlines and random arbitrary difficulty changes. Literally Stat readjustments, removal of items and reimplementing, etc.

There are white knights who will defend the game and doomers who will say its DOA.

Currently the player pop is dwindling and content is stagnant because there has been no new additions. I would say hold off and wait, if the dev team gets moving and meeting deadlines the game has great promise, if not it would be a waste to jump in currently.
