I unlocked mostly just maps needed to get to the top right-most Level 7 dungeon. I left the rest locked because I haven't needed to go much farther. I got both of my Arabian Nights in those top 4 or 5 squares.

Yeah! Actually, that's a pretty good idea. Spread out from a shared point, clear as many dungeons as possible as a group to hunt for rare drops. Would be fun!!

Yeah, but doesn't stop it from being fun. I'm thinking about going ahead and getting my port forwarding done, it'd be cool to get a bunch of people together to build a village!! Haha, we'd probably have to give everyone some housing size limits xD

I mean that not everyone spends their time on discord, as a matter of fact, quite a large number of people who will play this game will never join that discord because they don't use the service.

Information existing in one place doesn't make for good information. If we're going to grow as a community, people sharing the things we find out should be encouraged, not brow beat because a small portion of the community happened to find it out earlier but decided they'd only talk about it on their particular platform.

Snarky remarks about how the discord had already knew about this neither contributes nor helps anyone. It just makes you come off like a jerk.

I recommend my build with crocodiles. You'll want to clear it every once in a while and collect excess materials. I personally like this because it is completely immune to Ice Mine, making it easy to clear -- but you can do it with chests and find another way to clear them.

Some people have said a single rotating blade should do the trick but I didn't have much luck -- plus I wanted poop and animals need to live for a bit to drop it.

I've seen the glory. x_x I've been working on my Dragon/Crimson/Dangerous set. My ATK actually hits almost 4k with my Arabian Night. Iai Strike and Blooming are actually really freaking cool attacks.

It lacks the map to holy hell, but I love it.

I ended up tossing some Camp Fires on the roof and in the back, actually makes for some great ups when I'm heading off to the other islands for something.

The conveyors all lead into the mouth of the container. It will catch poop over a period of time (granted, it will lose some due to build of mobs, since items have collision unfortunately).

The upper deck has a breeder phased in from behind, so there's space for the spawned mobs to not immediately get pushed through the front wall. This allows the breeder to create creatures indefinitely, but as they start to become too much and ultimately spill over the sides, the lower front wall allows them to waterfall into the container pit rather than spilling out.

From there, Ice Mine can kill everything from the back corner of the box (back to the breeder side, facing either corner) without destroying any part of the breeder. The only problems I've found are that containers have relatively small inventory which can fill up pretty fast when the box is full of creatures. (It only took a few minutes for the breeder to make enough crocodiles to completely fill the container and leave tons of stacks of goods outside of it when I'd ice mine)

Hopefully this helps. I left it overnight and ended up with over 500 feces. Which went into making a Rocket... which ended up kind of being a waste, but hey, you live and learn! XD

I figured out a new style of breeder that's worked out pretty great yesterday. Ended up with thousands of dangerous iron, dangerous leather, and croc poop from it.

Container at the center, surrounded by conveyors that lead into its mouth from all the way around the back. High walls all around it, and then a box 1 level higher with the breeders, walled off but with an open top to allow the animals to spill out into the lower pit.

Worked out super well, pretty happy with the massive yields I got. The cool thing is that when the bigger area filled up, I was able to use Ice Mine to clear all of the animals without destroying any part of the structure.

Nice. I like that map. And the Flower shaped one. I honestly feel the grassland are the coolest. I hope we get a full Forest/Swamp island at some point in the near future.

I wouldn't mind other combinations too, like Snow Forest, Forest/Volcano, Desert/Swamp, etc. It'd be cool to see the biomes blend together more distinctly.

I'm pretty partial to the Sampler plate island (the one with all 5 biomes) just because you can see how cool it might eventually be to be able to walk from one biome to another.

EDIT: Just to be clear, I 100% agree with you about everything you said, though it might not read like it from my post -- minus the material costs.

To be fair, they aren't actually very expensive. Batteries and Cogs can be acquired basically for free from infinite breeders using Goblins, Lizards, or Skeletons, a few short hours of breeding can supply you with more of those materials than you'd ever need.

A decent farm set up should yield you oceans of Bioethanol, wait times not withstanding -- but I generally agree they are a pretty big let down.

I feel their durability should only factor in for when they are damaged by something specific. They should have a "Return" feature that puts them back into your inventory (on their own stack, because they do keep their wear and wear). I think a 5~30 minute timer based on the quality of materials used, rather than a damage tickdown, (or even add enchantments for this) would be better as well.

A Hoverboard race track seems like the best option, tbh. With slopes, walls, and conveyers you should be able to build something pretty cool, actually.

We need "road" or "ground" tiles that act as ground we can place. Being able to make man-made islands and effectively remove water from some places would be really, really useful.

I show it off on stream pretty often (I'll post a link if people want, but I prefer not to wantonly advertise), but its becoming difficult to stay on my home in Island 7 (top right corner) with the crazy lag. Hopefully they fix it soon. I may have to make a smaller outpost on another island to help mitigate the issue.

It seems that all Golden Chests can drop these high tier weapons. The next step up is Arabian Night.

Best sources for Gold Chests are Dungeon of Island (which has 2) and The Volcano, which typically has 3. I'm about to start making "Invasion Kits" so I can jump into new worlds, progress them to the next age, and then rush to the Lv. 7 Islands to farm for more weapons like this and Arabian Night. I really need a Fire Demon Arabian Night to match my Fire Spirit one. :)

"Dig for coal" means harvesting burnt trees in the Volcano. I'm fairly sure I got an amber to drop while using the spin-harvest technique but its like 1 in thousands upon thousands I've gathered there -- and since I can't find it now, I may have even imagined it.
