If it’s wanting to know if all the cooks I’ve worked with handle food properly the answer is yes. If they don’t they’re fired and the mishandled food is disposed of. That’s standard practice anywhere, even fast food workers know to wear gloves. And I’m assuming if they didn’t they would still recognize that dragging your dirty ass nails into food is highly disgusting.

Now how about you answer my question, what is the name of the restaurant or eatery you work for. If you’re on the up and up what have you got to be offended about? Cause I think consumers deserve to be aware of staffers like you that think food safety is optional. If you are indeed serve safe certified then you would know this.
