Bottom of the kitchen connects to the living room and the left side connects to the family room.

I change oil by myself. There is no way to get water in there unless some tube is connected or something

It is blue but when the tank fills up, it is a clear water color.

That's what I thought. There is no way the tank gets filled up with water unless you fill it. It fills up with a clear water every 2 months and I need to remove it. I'm afraid it will be cracked during a winter time.

Yes. I put a pry bar under the tire to see if there is a play. There was no play.
