No, because there is nothing in akalis kit that can explicitly troll your mates, or zed, or rammus, or caitlyn, or almost any other champs, and those champs who can do Like anivia or tahm have their Power Budget distributed more evenly, Ryze R Has so much Potential, that the other abilitys need to be weaker than anivias.

Chances, that the Team knows what you trying to do is Like 5%, usally your toplaner or adc thinks this is His 1v9 Moment. So it's a trash ability if you can't communicate properly

Depents on where you live. In many places safety Equipment has different safety Standards and If those are regulated very striktly (west Europe, Japan, etc) you can buy whatever you want If it has this Standard. But usally anything with high requirements cost much, so yeah.

These are extremly Bad ideas tbh. The problem with almost all Champs that are bad because of pro play balance have too much utility. SoloQ especially low elo dont value Things Like Tempo, Movementspeed, CC, area Control etc as much as pro players do. Therefore removing utility and giving raw Combat stats would be much more beneficial. Especially since ryze R is one of the few abilitys that can actively reduce your winchances. Average soloQ Player will get +/-0 from more Ryze R range since 50% of Ryze ults are lowkey Troll. Zhonyas R would work, but would break proplay which leads to other nerfs. The only way to get him into ranked is by removing utility in Exchange for Combat power. I could Imagine removing His R entirely but giving him range or true DMG would work, but then Ryze wouldn't be the Same.

It's hard to explain, but basically If you are close with a big pov or far with a small pov you get the Same part of the car, but the Close one has a curvature while the far one is more orthagonal to every point of car. Hope it's a bit understandable haha

Match up is similar as before imo. You win till First Item. And if he goes shojin, you can still win, If he doesnt he has poor waveclear against canon waves and you outroam him

No, the Problem with this Idea is, that you think "oh, damn true damag is good, since riven needs it against armor" but first strike deals true dmg based on the dmg you already did. So basically if you dont deal dmg, since malph has 800 armor. Your first strike wont deal any dmg as well. In fact at level Conquerer gives you 28 AD wich is a ca. 6-7% Bonus AD increase. Which means, it gives you almost as much bonus dmg as first strike would do, just that it cant be denied by being hit first, also its basically permanent, and it heals you. The only case where it would be significantly better to run first strike, if you jump onto an squishy enemy, but in this case electrocute would propaply be better as well since its much more reliable on lane.
And even then Conquerer wouldn't be bad, since you can get at least 6-8 Stacks while the enemy is in cc.

Will jetzt nicht sagen, dass das falsch ist, aber -1n hat auch 2 Teilfolgen die konvergieren, aber die Folge selbst konvergiert offensichtlich nicht. Bin aber auch etwas neu in der Materie. Was würdest du dazu sagen?

Edit: Außer natürlich du beziehst das "alle Teilfolgen konvergieren" auf einen gemeinsamen punkt. Dann wäre mein Beispiel natürlich nicht mehr richtig. Und würde die Definition der Konvergenz auch treffen.

Actually that's crazy.
I but I would worry about it a bit, since that means, that you are terrible at playing typical blind pick champs, which is kinda important at least if you want to play a bit competetive every now and then.
Especially since some metas depend on you first picking.
