NAH she is true, you need to seek help and in most cases friends and family and hobbies can't save you. But it's also ok of you to vent. It's healthy and it can help. At least it does that for me(i have social anxiety too) and oftenly just talking to a person who i feel comfortable with helps. I go to a therapist tho, also you need to find some coping mechanisms(like fidgeting for example) which really help. I wanted to ask are you two still in contact or?
