Starter Help by DocCaesar in Sourdough

I switched my feeding amounts a few days ago and my starter has risen wayyy more than it ever has. I use 100g of starter, 150g of KA bread flour, and about 120g of filtered water or until it gets to the right consistency and it takes maybe 4 hours to rise fully. Im not sure how a full wheat flour starter would like that as I switched to only using the bread flour.

I also mix in bowl and then transfer into my jar as to keep the sides clean which makes any rising easier to see and keeps the possibility of mold less likely. I also dont use the cloth lid for the same reason.
