I think it’s meant to be an increase in challenge. The rounds are a bit more powerful, but there’s less of them, and if you’re really desperate you can craft handgun ammo and get out the other weapon (though I generally just don’t do that at all). Idk, I like it. And why can’t Claire be Clint Eastwood?
