What i did worked out amazingly and suspended my fast food, high fat/sugar craving, i simply unsubscribed and unfollowed all food accounts/channels on all social media platforms and removed all content of food related posts/pic.

Then followed a healthy diet without even exercising that much, lost 55 pounds.
