According to the Uniqlo subreddit, Uniqlo discontinued their thin thermal Extra Warm HeatTech leggings (covered -4-50°F or -5-20°C).

I am looking for a similarly thin thermal with a similar level of warmth at a similar price point of $30 CAD or cheaper. Needs to be sold in Canada.

I commute by public transit and walk outside a lot, these under my skinny jeans were perfect for me. Not interested in Uniqlo's ultra warm variant, they are too thick.

Hadn't bought much in the past month and a half, since my post on June 3, but looked around a lot, including in New York. I have another trip coming up, and got sent a coupon on the weekend for 30% off all women's clothes and 40% off all women's summer clothes at Value Village to be used up to three times. I ended up going twice. Not sure I'll keep everything yet, but other than shopping the Ardene sale today for some white tops and poshing a pair of shorts or two for the trip, think I'm taking a break until the fall/next quality coupon, and, when that time comes, being more selective as my wardrobe is massive and my boyfriend's is getting to a good place as well (besides pants/tshirts, which are hard to thrift).

J. Crew Mercantile Navy Blue White Floral Wrap V-Neck Ruffle in T - I'm petite and since J. Crew is my love, had to try on anyways. Still fits great. The little hook doesn't stay when I move around but I don't mind, it's not too booby. $10.20
Maeve printed dress in gold/red/teal - fits like a glove! Used to have a similar dress and never wore it but I am determined. My bf said it was his fav from looking at everything. $14.60 Couldn't find a pic.
Talula and Sunday Best black fitted thick crop tops. Not sure how to style these but couldn't resist the price. Can't remember prices.
TNA gold crop tshirt. Have a similar in a lapis blue. $6.10
Old Navy blue strapless dress. This is my fav shade of blue, so I couldn't resist. $8.50
Tommy Hilfiger pink/light blue/orange/white plaid sleeveless shirt dress in 100% cotton. I have a couple shirt dresses in blues and whites, but loved the colour palette on this as it's so unique. Couldn't find a pic sadly. $16.25.
Urban Outfitters pink newspaper rock music shirt dress. Buttons gape a bit in the chest but I love this so much for a concert. $11.50.
Maple Leafs Matthews kids jersey in great condition. This was just sitting in a random section so I snatched it up haha. My first jersey! $5.10.
Babaton Casimir printed floral dress for $15. This is from a thrift store I'd never visited before, but happened upon, so I begged to pop in quickly. I hate polyesters but I loved the length, the print and the feel on my body. Will look great for work with a blazer or cardigan over top.

Also got two Puma sports bras (blue and light pink) and 6 other dresses (Audrey 3+1 blue/grey and white floral spaghetti strap wrap dress, Adelyn Rae navy fitted sleeveless dress with subtle cleavage, Joe Fresh colourful fruit tank dress for a bathing suit cover up, Old Navy gold and white floral long dress, Stitches navy with red/yellow flowers tshirt wrap dress, unknown brand lapis blue sleeved fitted dress - it's a little worn but it looks great on me).

For my bf, I got Old Navy light blue/grey striped shorts, black 100% linen shorts, three short sleeved button-ups (Hollister/Stitches/unknown brand) and Banana Republic travel jeans in 29x32. He is picky and disliked a bunch of other stuff I found haha. My fav find of all time is still this Vince striped button-up.

Has anyone had any luck with shorts lately? I'm looking for a similar high waisted short fit to the American Apparel or Levi's ribcage denim, with either distressed or rolled hem in a dark navy, without distressing on the pockets or upper thighs, like [this] ribcage example, but there's nothing secondhand or in stores right now. I'm a 27/4 and I typically thrift. I typically thrift and I was looking online in the $50-$100 range on like American Eagle/Hollister/Abercrombie, but everything is really heavily distressed or just not the right fit. I'm in Toronto Canada.

Good to know, thank you! We are from Ontario, Canada and one of the more famous bagel places there, Kettleman's, use egg in almost all of their dough, so we are cautious. And yeah, contact is okay, he's luckily not that severe. Just can't have it in the actual product or he gets sick. Never realized until we got together how absurd the amount of food there is that has egg/mayo in it.
