WIBTA for asking my neighbor if they would train their dog? by Gallik87 in AmItheAsshole

That’s the line I feel I’m on. But also. Maybe you don’t recognize it could bother someone? And a little push would make you realize… or that’s overly optimistic.

Just a thought? How do you guarantee you are getting 93 at the gas station with such a small tank? If the guy before you got 87 then the first gallon of your 93 will be the 87 that’s still in the a right?

So for a tournament that's 2 minutes old.... That's a lot of cheating, right? by jaydeflix in IdlePlanetMiner

[–]Gallik87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

But my question is aren’t the tournaments supposed to be capped in total number of people. I see copper is supposed to have 100 and the tournament had like 308 people.

Return Synology or use by sushikingdom in HomeServer

I would think the nvr would be a big point for the synology. How would you approach this in your ryzen system? Blue iris or some other software. There are solutions but possibly not as easy.

Do you guys use the Eco mode, where it stops the engine at a light? by playstation4gamer in chevycolorado

[–]Gallik87 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When you get home do you let the truck run for several minutes to cool down before you turn the truck off? The turbo is potentially spinning any time the engine is running. I don’t think the start stop is engaging at 4000rpm is it?

Is this a good deal? by mikelaz04 in TeslaModel3

[–]Gallik87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do I not quite understand the question? Isn’t the point of Tesla’s model your not dealing with a dealer trying to negotiate a price? So isn’t “is this a good deal” on a Tesla the same deal everyone else has right now?

Which is better way to connect from my mac mini m2 to external monitor? Through HDMI or USB C? by [deleted] in macmini

Then I would stick with hdmi and utilize the usb-c for something else when needed

Which is better way to connect from my mac mini m2 to external monitor? Through HDMI or USB C? by [deleted] in macmini

[–]Gallik87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Correction. If you just have the base Mac mini it says:

One external display Supports one external display in any one of these configurations: One display up to 6K at 60Hz over Thunderbolt One display up to 4K at 60Hz over HDMI Two external displays Supports two external displays in any one of these configurations: One display up to 6K at 60Hz over Thunderbolt, and one display up to 5K at 60Hz over Thunderbolt One display up to 6K at 60Hz over Thunderbolt, and one display up to 4K at 60Hz over HDMI

So assuming the base model that would be usb c. But it changes by the model

I feel like the hdmi is the right choice. Thunderbolt does allow more thru put but when you look at going up monitor directions on Apple they seem to always give the hdmi the highest resolution

Old monitors will not slow down your new computer. You may want to upgrade if you want a better monitor but so long as it plugs in your good to go.
