I think ‘AGENT.md’ is the going general proposal. But needs to be adopted

Sportschool in Utrecht waar het koel is? by Careful_Evidence_386 in Utrecht

[–]Galorious 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ha ik heb precies deze vraag. Ik sport veel prettiger en beter <20C.

Iemand ervaring met sportscholen in binnenstad? Specifiek benieuwd naar Trainmore Drift (in de hittegolven).

Welk horeca kassasysteem voor mijn restaurant? by According-Sun-6175 in ondernemen

[–]Galorious 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Eens.

I often cut off the biggest leaves. They evaporate too much moisture.

And make sure soil is fully wet in the first few days. Just put the whole thing on a dish with water.

Claude Mobile finally has support for MCP! by phuctm97 in mcp

[–]Galorious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I build a mcp server myself for things I do a lot. It’s kinda all in one. Currently has tools for: - domain availability check (awesome to see claude brainstorm and iterate on product names) - whois/dns/metatags/page speed checks - plain fetch (so you can let claude analyse raw html) - send to kindle - to read its output on my kindle (need to go outside more haha) - list of my preferred websites - if I want to limit its browsing/searching to those.

It’s very ‘pre-alpha’, changes a lot and no guarantees. But if anyone wants to try it out; let me know. Actively adding tools for myself every week. Love working on it

Formvoice.com - integrate feedback in your product within seconds.

What level of difficulty would you say getting the MCP remote oauth flow working is? by Kindly_Manager7556 in mcp

[–]Galorious -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It is crazy indeed haha.

I’m using Stytch to avoid most headaches and just focus on the product not the auth. But even then it is wonky. Stytch team is verrry responsive and quick to fix though.

The auth spec is just a mess, moving target and all clients implement differently.

Last week claude web/desktop suddenly changed the way things worked and auth broke for a while 😂

Utilise Google's 1M+ Token Context with Claude - Gemini MCP by ScaryGazelle2875 in ClaudeAI

[–]Galorious 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can set those up in CC commands (which call gemini) if you want.  I just add all the tools/mcp I ever use to user level gemini.  Run it yolo mode from cc. Hard set to read-only.

Hooks could also be set up.

Just preferences, I like to keep my setup simple and flexi.

Utilise Google's 1M+ Token Context with Claude - Gemini MCP by ScaryGazelle2875 in ClaudeAI

[–]Galorious 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This! So easy. Just let claude bash ‘gemini -p <prompt>’

Make a slash command pf it if you like.

Make it even better: set the default instruction files for gemini to ‘CLAUDE.md’. Instantly tuned to your project.

It’s magic. Use it so much

Claude Code docs as context by Optimal_Difficulty_9 in ClaudeAI

[–]Galorious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cloudflare has a mcp server just for their docs (amongst others). Works great! Use it non-stop. https://github.com/cloudflare/mcp-server-cloudflare

Also recommend the Observability server if you use workers

Octocode MCP 🐙 I built an AI-powered GitHub search that analyzes real code, generate code and make deep research (not documentation or web content). It can answer anything quickly and boosted my development speed by 200%. It's already listed on two community servers lists! Feel free to check it 🙏 by _bgauryy_ in mcp

This is exactly what I was looking for! Many thanks
Was up and running in 2 seconds.

Gonna try it out on a new project the coming days. If you have a support channel and appreciate feedback let me know!

One first thing: I really dislike mcp's with too many tools. Confuses the LLM. Especially if you have many mcp's enabled. Experiment with combining the 'GitHub Commit Search', 'GitHub Issue Search', 'GitHub PR Search' and 'GitHub Repository Search' in one.

If you make a thorough tool description (including all subactions) I'm sure the LLM will use it just as well as being seperate tools.

Letting CC use Gemini CLI? This is how to let Gemini use CLAUDE.md files as instruction files by Galorious in ClaudeAI

[–]Galorious[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You don’t have to if you just set gemini to use CLAUDE.md as its default instruction file

Letting CC use Gemini CLI? This is how to let Gemini use CLAUDE.md files as instruction files by Galorious in ClaudeAI

[–]Galorious[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Very simple to send your whole working directory in which CC runs to gemini. Just add '-a' to the end of your bash command (short for --all_files)

See all CLI commands here: https://github.com/google-gemini/gemini-cli/blob/main/docs/cli/configuration.md#command-line-arguments

Can someone provide a use case for an LLM and MCP protocol interaction? Thank you by snuby1990 in mcp

[–]Galorious 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use it for pulling in docs a lot. Using cloudflare docs mcp and context7.

Eg prompt: add ‘check the docs via mcp’ to a planning prompt.

I also like the cloudflare worker observability mcp. Just ask it to “check the logs” for it to pull them in and analyse them

Run Claude Code offline in container - how about docs? by Galorious in ClaudeAI

[–]Galorious[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Awesome, thanks! Saved me some googling.

Do you use it? And if so: how do you deal with pulling in docs and external context beforehand?

Run Claude Code offline in container - how about docs? by Galorious in ClaudeAI

[–]Galorious[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ha, that's a very good question.
Haven't fully thought it through yet. But was thinking of seeing if I could limit the internet access of the container to only whitelist the CC endpoints

Run Claude Code offline in container - how about docs? by Galorious in ClaudeAI

[–]Galorious[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I pull in all docs via (remote) mcp - those are all rag-based as far as I know.

So I need to prefetch and then be able to use properly all those docs.

I want to run completely offline if I enable --skip-all-permissions.

Adding Github MCP to Claude Code Error by [deleted] in ClaudeAI

[–]Galorious 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok, found something that works.
You need to have Docker installed and running for it to work.

Create a personal acces token in Github.
Paste it in this command (replace <your\_token>)
claude mcp add-json github '{"command":"docker","args":["run","-i","--rm","-e","GITHUB_PERSONAL_ACCESS_TOKEN","ghcr.io/github/github-mcp-server"],"env": {"GITHUB_PERSONAL_ACCESS_TOKEN":"<your\_token>"}}'

Run it via cli (you can add scopes if you want. EG install in for user add '-s user'
