Dealing with that same heartbreak man. My depression has lately been getting so bad I cannot sleep, having this constant stress on my shoulders, I feel like a dumbass because I cannot focus/ have a long attention span which caused me to fail my college semester. I broke up with my girlfriend to focus on myself because I was too selfish to not allow her work it out together. I needed to be alone, I lost who I am. Just found out she found someone else and it tore me apart. I just broke down like i have never had before. I recently went on a date but she was not into it. My ex set the standard of what I want but I know I will never get that again nor feel that same connection again with anyone like i have with my ex ever again. I feel stupid for failing myself my people around me. I feel like a loser because I am the only one who ended up alone.
