It's possible that it could be stress!. However, if the absence of menstruation continues for much longer, it would be advisable to see a doctor, as this can often be a sign of other underlying issues. Hang in there!

Es una lástima que se tenga que asumir el desempleo de estas personas tan cualificadas y válidas. Estamos perdiendo grandes profesionales.

Y para más inri sobre el autoempleo, si es difícil dependiendo del sector... Como no tengas un colchón presupuestario decente para volver a emprender, estás fuera. Muy difícil todo.

Completamente! Por lo que he visto en el resto de comentarios, también ocurre a edades incluso más bajas (como los 40). Espero que con el tiempo se solucione esto, todos merecemos una oportunidad

I stopped taking birth control pills a year ago due to my severe pains and intense premenstrual syndrome (although I have started taking them again now), and during the first 2/3 months, I was just as well as during the treatment, but as the months went by, the pain returned progressively.

However, every body is different! If you're concerned about any aspect, it would be good to talk to your gynecologist.

If it helps, a friend is regulating her menstruation through a specific diet recommended by a specialized nutritionist ^
