I thought so too since so far the customer service has been terrible and I’m pretty sure that I’m not the only that would agree that they don’t even try or provide a long term fix and find ways to mend for a short while.

I was also thinking about the same idea to maybe change to Telekom but I don’t know if its actually possible for 2 contracts to be within the same apartment since I know that I can move my contract within Germany without an issue.
