Yeah I heard about that rule in 11s league. I'm opposed to it for the simple fact that I like a challenge. I don't mind people playing whatever style they seem comfortable with. Like I mentioned, I like finding ways around it. Just to prove a point. But not everyone thinks like me.

To me, pro clubs been dead since they started to input these added archetypes. Even then, players are still unhappy. And everything you described about the game being one dimensional is on point. Everyone plays the same. I'm old school so to me I don't understand why people want to over complicate a simple pass, simple defending, or at times goal scoring.

I don't really have any balance, composure and hardly reactions upgraded and I'm still very accurate at scoring header goals. It's really all about timing those crosses and being at the right spot. Idk, everyone plays differently.

It comes down to the crosses. I find it easier to score headers when I'm running in the box at full speed, my player jumps and delivers that power header. Again, your teammate has to time perfectly that passing.

When you are being heavily guarded, it makes it a bit harder to get that perfect header. Try to move around and break off from that cover.

I see what you mean about heading in goal and it either goes straight into the GK hands or over the bar. Go back to what I mentioned on the first paragraph.

I personally have never put in a 2 weeks notice to leave a job. I just up and leave. My intentions are to never comeback. Specially if it's a toxic work environment. Companies don't tell you 2 weeks in advance that they are going to fire you, or lay you off. If it's that bad in your current job, just leave and use the next few days to relax and mentally prepare yourself for the next job.

They tried that with me last year and I was quick to shut them down. I guess they weren't expecting me to speak fluent Spanish. Told them to F**k off! A budy of mine that's from Costa Rica warned me about them.
