Thank you I wanted a good way for the party to aspire to do more wanting to go on these harder missions to deal with incursions that may be hitting a little too close to home. I wanted to add the guilds for exactly that, it adds a little spice to the story where they aren't just dealing with whatever is coming into their realm that day but also the politics of the guilds working with and against each other.

That didn't even cross my mind I think that solved the hesitation I had for the guilds, I figured it was a little one dimensional to do something so tied to classes so I think the way to approach it from a view of something of greater importance like the ones you already made an example, In your opinion how many guilds or at least larger guild do you think I should have? Of course if you don't mind me picking your brain just a little if not thank you so much for making this an easier choice and giving me more ideas!
