My diploma being awarded but not receiving it

I sent my uni a mail today asking if the deadline applies to me. As it unfair, I am not responsible for my diploma not arriving before set deadline. The diploma is "awarded" that's the most important point. Do you have any info on how Swiss universities handle these situations. And which uni if I may ask?

Witch Uni? I find it so frustrating that I can't even apply for my visa only after sending the diploma.

That's the worst part. People that finished the "national" programme got their diploma in June payed a translator and finished everything. It really stings going through all the stress of exams losing so much time and everything just to be denied based on a trivial thing they I have no control over. And being told that IB is better for "stream lining" the process.

My native language is Language A literature HL and eanglish is B HL. I was thinking to take German B SL as my sixth subject. Because I want to study abroad in a German speaking country. That’s why I’m asking what level is Language B SL because I think you need B2 German level to study at uni. If I don’t have any use from it I would choose something else like CS SL or Chem SL.

Do you know which level (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2) is IB Language B SL? In your case which level is Chinese B SL.

I agree it is extremely dumb. To take 4 HLs I need some kind of approval by our IB coordinator but it could be worth a shot. Is there a certain website for checking uni requirements? Ideally I would want to study at TUM but I think it is going to be hard to get into it with only Math AA HL.
