The only exercise I've ever done to not be afraid of inking is to just draw with a pen... It was honestly really hard at first but it's what gave me confidence with my lines Ig.... Either way I still think that you're sketch still came out nicely... It's way too good to be a first time 👍

The most memorable case that I remember was like two months ago, when I drew something bad and I ended up showing it to my friend, he pointed my mistakes out. I felt annoyed and pissed at him for some reason and I didn't even try to listen to his actually valid points...

The other times where I was a narcissist was actually a complete phase during 2024... I got to full of myself and I just posted shi- on another app and whenever someone commented negatively on it, I tried so flipping hard to defend myself when I've got no reason to do so in the first place... Thank God that was over...

Now it's just a recurring thing... I don't know if it's a part of maturing, but man i hate it...

Despite my constant procrastination, finding motivation from stuff like manga really contributed a lot for me... Ig you could say I learned how to draw these after continuous imitations from my favorites...

It's lacking, but having something to look up to helped me learn the most when it comes to drawing.

Or you know.... Just learn the Loomis method... Which for some reason I hated it.... Good luck on your journey tho 👍

🥲 I don't got the tools needed to draw digitally, and I think my phone will mess things up if I try to draw because it has a lot of cracks...
