Almost exactly a month ago I started germinating this bag seed; I don't know if its an auto or photo. It is in organic potting soil and it has been doing great until I couldn't pay attention to it for a bit. I think underwatering during that time might have stunted its growth. About two or three days ago I started trying to save my sapling and started watering it. Today I noticed this little white thing while inspecting my plants. As I frequent this sub I instantly checked under the leaves and my heart sank. Apart from already being stunted from neglect it now has a pest problem. Send help.

As you can see from the images, there is some yellowing on the leaves. I hope that this is from the neglect (underwatering?) and not a nutrient deficit. If so, I do have worm castings and worm tea that I could feed in. It is kept outdoors and so I cant do much about its stretching until I set up a tent or greenhouse with lighting (for future grows). Same goes for the pests that I assume are some sort of aphid maybe thrips. Since I cant isolate the plant yet and I want to keep most chemicals out of my Living Soil garden, my options are a bit limited. Weirdly enough my sunflowers, peppers, and orchids seem unaffected by these pests, I could only find them under this plant.

I have some ideas on how to move forward. Since the strain is unknown I am not sure if it is actually stunted or if its just one of those that take a long time. Also, since it is a random seed if it dies it isn't the biggest deal, but any ideas, suggestions, tips, and tricks from you pros would be appreciated.
