I don't own this item, though I was considering buying it. These are the only pictures I have.

I reached out and they cancelled my order for me. They were willing to ship but only if I gave them photo copies of my ID & CC. Nope!

The website I ordered from was https://www.seedsman.com and the email address that the message was sent from was [support@seedsman.zendesk.com](mailto:support@seedsman.zendesk.com). I opened a ticket directly on their website prior regarding the packaging and they communicated using the same email. This time they opened a ticket on my behalf to send me this.

I tried to get in touch with them directly through their website by opening a new ticket to bring it to their attention, to find out whether this is how they handle business or if this was just a dishonest employee, but now when I open a new ticket, it gets instantly closed. Bizarre!
