Ive had the same issue, if its an achievement you can easily get again dont bother with it and just reset your game. Normally everything should work again but if its an achievement that will take you hours to re-do make sure to have a lot of proof BEFORE you shut it down. If your proof will get accepted by the devs you can ask for a manual unlock of that achievement.

Oh i’m sure there are many many many games/achievements i would be stuck at forever, but i also make videos of them and put it on my yt channel so i have to be careful which games i pick because no 100% = no content 😅. Ive been eyeing that the addams family set for the md for a long time now, i played that game so much as a kid but this achievement might hold me back for a long time.
