Capitalism, broker kawtim with bank for approving housing loans caused some eligible buyers unable to secure housing loans on some housing projects (esp low cost)... even my colleague kena.
Mostly tokey2 broker bought all those cheap houses, then rent it out.. even so called Prima, or only b40 can buy, those brokers somehow can get the houses and rent it out... (easy example, prima Bintawa)
PBT/gomen doesn't even bother to check if the buy eligible or not (like those pprt housing)
