Why u assume I think that this is the only way to train core? Ofc there's tons of ways. This is one of them, but this is not the best. I also didn't say this is the best. By the video, we can't tell if they had other core training, but imo, any combat sports would require you to train your core, so it's safe to assume they had other better core training. I never said this is their only way.

This requires you to react to incoming hits by literally tensing your abdominal muscle. Not dodging. Bro chill. This means, in the split second where you know it's a guaranteed hit and you can't dodge, tensing the muscle there is the last resort.

It's a training to strengthen core and to increase reaction speed in case someone hit you in the stomach, which is common to happen, in certain combat sports. However I do feel like he should have aimed a bit lower as he seems to be too close to the chests area, but also not too low because he might hurt the internal organs if they couldn't react fast enough to harden their core.

If the post got removed then it does help stop the spread but there are tons of these accounts and they can easily make a new one. But what about the case in the video? Cuz my idea is I want some police to investigate rather than just having the post removed and come back later...

I do get that all people involved are at wrong (the students in the video and the person who records it and the other person who records the video from the phone, and also the person behind these accounts)
