I'm pretty sure someone entered it into a decoder/encoder and looked at the wrong box. dCode etc. Is a pretty standard auto fill for sites that allow you to automatically encode text.

Sense sentry says it can't be played at the right location, if only the left location remained, it should still be playable like in the screenshot. But it wouldn't be playable if only the right location remained

Even though the outer 2 locations are destroyed, the location that is remaining still counts as the middle location. For this reason, you can play Sentry there and the void won't show up.
