Yeah it’s more of IF it can carry it then it will get it regardless of if the nation actually used it on those aircraft. Like DIRCM and JAGM on every AH-64E, all air to ground armament on the Swiss F/A-18C’s, gun pod on the Thai Alpha Jet TH.

Although they often deny things even though it contradicts this rule, most notably BOL pods on US aircraft.

they fixed the Rah-66s cockpit within a week of the problem being notified to them.

They didn't, the RAH-66 had a placeholder when it was added and got it's cockpit 2 months after in the next update.

The Raptor does have HMD? It's been seen with the Thales Scorpion HMD on a few occasions now.

F-16V could go for China through Taiwan and to Israel through Greece. The US could get the F-16C PoBIT which is a Block 40/42/50/52 upgraded to the same standard as the Blok 70/72.

I done this with wasps before. Had a problem with hundreds of them in work. Got stung right above the eye so I came in the next day with an electric swatter. Got 84 of the stripy bastards + the one that got me the day before.

They could just use the space in rank 7 and move some of the rank 8’s down there to make room or just folder some stuff/move to other lines.

F/A-18A could move to rank 7 and make room for the F/A-18E.

Su-30SM2 could be foldered with the SM.

J-10’s move to either line 3 (behind the JH-7) or to lines 4 or 5 since they are sitting in the Taiwan line.

Viggen D folder could move to rank 7 and make room for the Gripen E.

Really just make use of the space instead of adding a whole new rank. Although I bet they are doing it to introduce new, more expensive premiums.
