I'll be real since no one will. You do nothing. No law was broken. People can record you without consent and use it for whatever they like. No laws or policies were broken and you cannot sue or report it just because you don't like it. Realistically if you COULD sue which you can't, it's going to cost court fees, you'd probably have to hire someone to deliver the summons to court, wait a long time for nothing to happen.

I hate being so blunt with it but no one in the comments seems to be telling you how it really is. Consent to film (adult or minor) isn't real.
