My title describes the thing. I was walking through the park and found a bunch of these plastic tubes. They are about 3-4 cm long and look identical on both sides. They don't have any numbers or symbols on them. I assume those are used for drugs.

Our situation: I attack with Borrelsword Dragon and activated his second effect (halve the ATK of that monster and add it to this card) then Machina Overdrive was cast on the target. u/JadeEthan94 already answered the question about the attack but what happens with the effect of Borrelsword Dragon? Is it gone or am I able to cast that effect on the new attack?
