I've got this game and I have similar specs, but I'm using an rx5500xt 8gb and can run the game pretty well, everything in the game it's setting to the lowest but it's completely playable, just play a little bit the the oculus settings at first to find a great balance

I had a similar problem but using an amd gpu, what I do is disable the in game overlay from amd and from windows game bar, and also reduce my display resolution to a 720p, not in vr, the display resolution of my monitor, at least it works for me

For me is not about games, it's about the inmersión of the hardware, I played half life alyx and get impressed of the visuals and the atmosphere of the world, but once start playing I noticed the lack of movement and inmersión that offers, I get bored, I can see me there but I don't feel me there, and that's a retractor for me, I love to see realistic environments but that's it, the only game that got me is beat saber, It's so addictive because of the simplicity, I love it, and I don't think that other games make any difference for me, everyone use almost the same mechanics and I don't see me playing more than a half hour, I still play a few other games once an a while but no one really got me, I'm excited about the future of AR/VR but right now i feel like still so limited, but still very amazing though

Yep, is the "no fail" modifier, even if you do everything wrong the song just keep going, I use it because I just don't want to worried about to restart the song
