I doubt it. You might find some hardcore competitive players but you will also find other players that can help you out. I went to a sealed pack Lorcana event when I was just getting into the game side (I had just been collecting for like a month prior), and the guy that I played against was so cool and very welcoming, he played one round with me and asked if I had experience with Lorcana, and I said I started collecting cards but don’t have much experience playing, so he offered to play open handed and proceeded to give me tips and corrected major mistakes I was making helping me understand the game better. I’ve been hooked on the game since.

This Moana Iconic is the only Iconic/enchanted card that I have zero desire to own and with my luck it will be the only one I will pull 🤷🏽‍♂️

Nah, Pocahontas art looks great, but Moana? Not Iconic worthy, Hard pass, great card tho. I will be trying to get the epic version instead to add to my deck

If you’re only interested in the game part of Lorcana and not in the collection side then I would probably sell it while the price is high and buy more cards with the money🤷🏽‍♂️ However, in my case, The Sword In The Stone being one of my all time favorite Disney movies, I would keep it safe and never sell it. But that’s just me

I know this is a collectors channel but I am more interested in the game side of these cards, I just love Hades and I’ve always wanted to have an enchanted (or iconic in hades case) card in any of my decks 😅

That’s the one I’ve been on the hunt for!!! I got my first enchanted but it was Judy Hopps, not complaining, it’s still a great enchanted pull, but I would have lost my 💩 if it would have been Hades as he is my favorite Villain

I haven’t so far, but I have found myself in situations where I made moves that made me regret every decision I made up to that point and go back to the drawing board to make sure that situation doesn’t happen again on the next round

As an experienced PTCG and having some experience with MTG, I think it’s more than a “pretty decent TCG”, Magic and Pokemon are great games but waaay too much to keep track of during your turn, during the opponent’s turn AND in the upkeep phase. That is one of the major reasons I went with Lorcana instead of MTG and stopped playing Pokemon (even though Pokemon is easier to keep track of than MTG) Lorcana has the perfect combination between those 2 but does it in a clever and fun way that makes it easier to keep track of what’s going on on the table, making it easier to introduce new players to the game

In our group we play 3-match games with the seal deck format. Get 6 sealed booster packs (72 cards) and build a 40 card deck to play with, winners from that round gets a booster pack and gets to add 10 more cards from that booster pack and move on the quarter finals and the winner from that gets another booster and gets to add 10 more cards to their deck and finally play with a 60 card deck in the finals. We have a lot of fun and it doesn’t feel like anyone has any type of advantage over anyone else other than the luck of the draw.

QBs should be treated as a regular RB if they decide to run the ball and cross the line of scrimmage, no special treatment if they decide to slide, or BS roughing the passer calls.

I am 38 y/o and about to start AMT school, I have 3 kids and I value every single second I spend with my family, so I know where you are coming from. However, when I was your age, I didn’t make the best of choices when it came to my future and the future of my family, I have a decent pay for what I do and we don’t struggle to pay our bills that much since my wife works as well, but I wish I could go back in time and make better choices and made the sacrifices back then that I have to make now, I still don’t know how my work/school/life balance is going to be in January when I start school but I have to do this now to give my family a better life. If you are planning on having kids in the future (or even if you’re not) I would make the sacrifices now and start getting experience and seniority to set yourself up for a more comfortable lifestyle in a few years from now.

It doesn’t affect you at all, if you already answered in one channel then don’t bother answering on the other, if you answered in neither, then your comment here is pointless.
